When I first tested the camera the shutter fired, however the winding arm does not seem to be winding on the camera. 

Comes with a worn instructions manual and accessories all in original carrying case as shown. 

Please note that the film cannister, shown in the photographs, is empty. 

The camera has not been tested with a new battery.
