SHIPPING

All items are shipped via Logistics across Australia from our warehouse in Sydney, New South Wales.

- Shipping time is usually 2-6 working days for delivery. Depending on your delivery location, delivery to WA and remote areas may take longer.

-We regret that our warehouse is not open to the public. Therefore, we do not provide pick-up and drop-off services.

- Please ensure you provide the correct shipping address before payment, otherwise delayed delivery or order cancellation may occur.

- We only publish posts every working day, excluding public holidays. Each order will be processed and shipped within 1 business day of receipt of payment. (Please note that our cut-off time is 9:00 AM, so if you purchase at 9:01 AM on Friday, your order will be processed the following Monday.)

- Once shipped, a tracking number will be provided.

- Please note that we are unable to prevent delivery delays/damage to shipments. If your item is damaged in transit, please let us know and we will arrange to resend it.

- We aim to dispatch all products within one business day of your payment in full. If you need to cancel your purchase after the product has shipped, please note that postage costs may not be refunded. Redelivery or redirect requests may be subject to additional postage charges.

RETURNS
