VTG See By Chloe Shoulder Purse Bag Handbag Velour Black Confetti.  Very good to excellent vintage condition.  No holes, no tears, no stains.  Some very minor wear from age.  Nothing major to report.  The handles are in good condition, not cracked.  Zippers are functioning as they should.  The bag is clean and perfectly usable.  Lots of room.  Solid, good quality.  Plenty of life left.  JUST WOW!
