Please feel free to contact me
concerning any product that we have listed. We try to put as much information
that we can on each item and try to highlight whatever flaws (if any) are on
the item. If for some reason you would like a different angle on a picture or
have a question about one of our items, you can email me through eBay. (Please
note the times we are here below.) I work on eBay generally Monday
through Friday – 9 AM - 4 PM CST. So, if you email after 4
P.M. CST on a Friday or anytime on Saturday or Sunday I may not get back to you
until following Monday.
Shipping:
All items are professionally
packaged with proper boxes and materials. Packages are sent out using UPS
Ground or the USPS. It is the buyer responsibility to make sure that their correct
address is listed on eBay, for shipping purposes.
Items purchased are aimed to be shipped
by next business day. Depending on volume of shipments, holidays or other factors
this may be extended to 2 days after purchase. The weekends are an exception as
we are out of the office. Any items purchased on Saturday or Sunday will be
shipped out on Monday, or Tuesday at the latest depending on the aforementioned
factors.
International Shipping is handled
strictly through the eBay
Global Shipping Program. Please click the link for more information on how that works. Customs and Duties taxes will be the
buyers’ responsibility.
Returns:
If you are not 100% satisfied
with your purchase, you can return the product for a refund.
You can return a product for up
to 14 days from the date you purchased it. Returns are for item value
and will NOT include shipping and handling costs. Any product
you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original
packaging. Items are inspected upon receipt to ensure that it was the same product
that was sold in the initial purchase to prevent any fraudulent returns. Once
this is done, you will be notified by email that your refund has been
processed.
