FOR PARTS OR REPAIR - NOT WORKING

Motorola Whisper Bluetooth headset in great cosmetic shape. I attempted to plug it in for a charge to test its working functionality. I was met with a single red light blink and nothing after. I am by no means a tech guru, so I am listing this as for parts/repair for someone who enjoys fixing small electronics. Item is sold as is.
