A work of art this rare antique set bearing the white ware mark of COIFFE FRANCE

(LIMOGES) ca. 1891-1914 and the decorating mark of STRAUS, LEWIS & Sons

ca. 1890-1920s.

The set is factory decorated with hand painted flowers and gold stencils,

yellow and purple pieces of glass further decorate the plates. 

The scalloped and embossed borders are heavily brushed with gold.

The large serving platter is 16 1/2" by 10 1/2".

The 6 smaller plates are 7 1/4" in diameter.

The 3 larger plates are 9" in diameter.

The porcelain is white and translucent.

The condition of this set is very good with no chips or cracks, one little

repair on the edge of one plate, and some wear to the gold of the edge.

The floral decoration and glass work look great.

The set will be shipped insured and double boxed.
