Autopsy on this card:

• Several Areas of Paper Loss on front side (see white arrows scan #3). Looks like round brown stickers were applied and when removed caused this paper loss
• Mis-Cut
  
• Numerous wrinkles/ripples

• Accurate Dimensions:  2-5/8  by 3-3/4 inch
