The offering is an unissued stamp of Vietnam of 1979 Border War Anniversary between Vietnam and China ( 1 Piaster).  This stamp is not listed in any catalogues, and I am truthfully don't know much about this stamp.  However, I believe it is the stamp belonging to a set that mentions to the war between Vietnam and China in 1979.  So, this kind of stamp is actually rare.  There is no current vietnam stamps mentioning to the border war in 1979 because of the diplomatic reason.  The stamp is MNH, imperforated, and in good condition.  The back of the stamp has good glue and is shown in the second picture.  What you see is what you get.
