CONDITION EXTRA

### Special Limited Edition includes a Bonus 5 track 12" Single!!! Debut Album title refers to the band's home city of Kingston upon Hull & their assertion that the Housemartins were only the fourth best band in Hull. In other words, Hull had four great bands, compared to none from London. The other three Hull bands in question were Red Guitars, Everything but the Girl and The Gargoyles ###

Both Vinyl Records are described as Excellent+++ in condition. There are a few extremely fine hairlines & sleeve marks on each side of the records, none of which are feelable. Plays with below average background.

The Cover is described as Excellent & is structurally sound with no seam splits. Slight creasing along the opening edge. Original Hype Sticker on front. Some ring wear, colour fading & scuffs on the surfaces. A few fine cracks along the spine. Light general wear to the corners/edges.

The Inner Sleeve is clean, intact & in Excellent condition. Light stain on one side.
