We will not accept returns once the item has been posted to you due to health regulations of NSW and Australia. We are not responsible for any lost or damaged packages, we double bubble wrap and package our items as much as we can to avoid such things.

Once its in the hands of Australia Post we can not control it from there. If you have confirmed on a scent and you are not happy with it we're not liable.

Shipping and Postage, Our products are made to order with in 3 days of order being placed. We Offer FREE POSTAGE AUSTRALIA WIDE. We use Australia Post and we obtain a tracking number for you to use to find out where your product is currently situated.
