For sale today are four matched trunk handle holders. These were removed from salvage trunks - polished, cleared and they work well. They are ready to install on your trunk. Based on 50 plus years restoring trunks I would date these hinges from circa 1880 to 1900's. They are true antiques and well over a 100 years old.
I am getting out of the trunk business and this is left over inventory.
