Ballantine Books, 1978.  497p., inscribed by author on title page, first edition, SBN 345-27567-5, date code 6/78 at bottom of rear flap.  Hardcover book is in very-good condition with an unclipped near-fine dust jacket.  Book has light sun-fading of the blue cloth at the top and bottom of the spine (see last photo).  Dust jacket has been protected with an archival jacket so the jacket panels remain shiny and there is no wear along the top, bottom or corners of the jacket.
