This suncatcher is a lovely depiction of Ted De Grazia's work in stained glass.  This suncatcher features a native boy in a large hat or sombrero holding five colorful balls.  The face is painted, and the piece is marked with a transparent sticker bearing De Grazia's signature.  The piece is also marked on the edge.  The suncatcher has a metal loop or bale for hanging and a short chain.

Condition:

The suncatcher is in good vintage condition.  There are no chips or cracks in the glass, but I did find a scratch on the blue ball.  The glass is slightly loose in some places but doesn't seem to be in any danger of falling out.  The metal on the piece has more wear.  There is pitting and loss to the finish.  There are a few small dents, I have shown the largest in the photos.

Approximate measurements:

Length:  7" without the hanging loop, 7 1/4" with the loop.
Length of Chain: 2 1/2"
Width: 5 1/4"
Thickness: 3/8"
Weight: 7.8 ounces
