Original portrait, I believe this to be watercolor and colored pencil art with a matte finish.  Signed 'Al Sweeney '88' on the front and marked 'Harry Mitterholzen Jr' on the back.  I'm not familiar with the subject as to who this might be, research did not pull anything up.

Measures 9 7/8" wide x 10" tall.  I have the piece sitting behind glass to keep it straight and flat for photos-glass is not included.
