FEEDBACK

This is a subject that is very close to my heart at the moment, and one of the reasons why I am closing my eBay account at the end of May.  I have been a member of the eBay community since September 2004, almost 20 years.  Until last year I had 100% feedback, until a buyer decided to leave negative feedback without knowing why she hadn't received the item, and accused me of fraud!  EBay suggested that I contact the buyer and ask for the negative feedback to be removed.  It took some time and finally she changed it to positive.  However eBay wouldn't remove it as they said it was too late!  That was the first nail in the coffin of my dealing on eBay.  Did you know that if we get neutral or negative feedback it stays on our Feedback profile for a whole year!  Hardly fair when it wasn't even my fault.  I have recently been unfortunate enough to have to spend 3 weeks in hospital, and was unable to deal with my sales.  When I got home I found that more buyers had left negative feedback without knowing what had happened to me.  They had their money refunded by eBay, so why the negative feedback?  More nails! I have therefore decided that it is time to close my eBay account at the end of May, due to severe stress and other ill-health.  At my age (78) I don't need all of this stress with eBay.  To them it is all about how much money they can take in one way or the other, and we end up getting a small amount while they get the lion's share.!

AND FINALLY

Thank you for viewing this item and hopefully buying it or other of my items.  I am trying to list as many dolls as I can before closing my eBay account at the end of May.  Anything that hasn't sold before then will just be withdrawn and I will have to find someone to come and take them away.  So until that time, HAPPY EBAYING.  ☆☆●●☆☆●●
