They are women's Merona "Darbi" size 8.5 from Target.

The zipper is on inside calf.

I believe I purchased them circa 2014 but don't recall exactly.

The Merona brand is being discontinued so these boots
will become more rare as time goes on.

The front leg section of the boot is a faux leather quilted material.
The back leg section of the boot is made of a matte vinyl type of stretch material.
