Vintage Norwegian ‘Sports Wear Stavanger Trikotasjefabrikk’ wool cardigan with a floral tile knit pattern
Circa 1960s, possibly late 50s?
It has turn back cuffs and silver plastic patterned buttons.
This is a cosy piece in tight knit pure wool. 

Would guess a 6-8 as it is quite small but please check sizing below. There isn't a lot of stretch.

Bust armpit to armpit: 34"

Waist/bottom edge: 

Body Length: 22.5"

Sleeve length: 20" cuffed, 22" uncuffed

Shoulder to shoulder: 18"

Condition overall very good, some light yellowing around edges of cuffs and and front of the hem when looking closely but presents well. Label has a rip. It is possible that this has been slightly shrunk at some point as the fibres are a little tight but not felted.
