A stunning end slice with matrix from my Larimar node collection. The node was from the Dominican Republic (the only source). Larimar is a rare blue variety of the silicate mineral pectolite, it is the embodiment of tranquil skies and seas. 

It represents peace and clarity, radiating healing and love energy. It stimulates the crown, third eye, throat and heart chakras facilitating wisdom and outer manifestation. 

Recommended for stressed people (aren't we all a little bit!) and said to be a healing stone. 

This slice measures 10cm at its widest diameter and 3cm deep at its deepest part. The weight is a hefty 288g.

The blues are spectacular, as are the greens and reds that creep in. The front was been polished at source and could be further polished for a perfectionist's flat, the matrix is raw grey as found.
