Vintage Infant Silky Baptism Dress Open Back Blue Ribbon Bow Lace Trim.

Vintage Dress. Assuming it was for a Baptism, but not 100% sure. There are some dainty little snaps on the upper back. The lower back is open. Ribbon Bow on side of the chest. Lace trim around all edges. Ivory in color. There is no makers tag, so I do not know the maker or the material. It is a silky feel. I am assuming that by size it is about a 6 mo size but adding measurements so you can make sure it's the right size for you.
