Vintage 1970s A-Line Maxi Skirt with one tier of ruffle at bottom. All cotton fabric with a Black background and a lovely, bright ditsy print of tiny flowers and hot Pink, Yellow, White and Red with bright Green leaves. Waistband has hook and I closure in a zipper fastener. It looks handmade and the Condition is Good to Very Good.
