All of these historical documents and autographs that I am listing came out of a 19th century scrapbook that I purchased about 30 years ago. I am finally getting around to removing many of the items which includes numerous historical autographs, and paper ephemera. I have not authenticated any of these but some have information on them which will give you information on age. This auction is for a paper lithograph showing a Birds Eye View of Colorado Springs, Colorado City and Manitou. This was published by Strobridge & Co after a sketch by E.S. Glover. Measures about 10 1/2” wide by 8”. Unfortunately the right side margin has been totally trimmed off and the left side margin and the back have faded writing. Wrinkles and fold creases. Priced based on condition.
