Tan pair are unbranded 85% nylon 15% spandex. Bows at lower edge. 

Greenish/blue pair are by Hanes.  92 % polyester 8 % spandex.

Both measure 9 inches across the front waist unstretched with a 1 3/4 - 2 inch inseam. 

Have been washed but not worn....granddaughter dislikes the color! 

Comes from a smoke free home.
