This is an awesome Men's Solitaire Mine Cut Diamond ring. Very sparkly diamond.  It does have a couple chips along the edges.  MICRO sized.  Only seen with the aid of magnification.

The ring falls on a US mandrel at a size 12, which is a UK Size is X 1/2. The widest section of the ring is 8mm north to south.

The diamond measure 5.2mm by 5.4mm, for an approx. carat weight of 0.60ct. It is I1 clarity with H/I color. It is fully hallmarked, tested and verified, weighing in at 6 grams. This item is pre-owned and there will be ordinary and normal use marks.
