This is for a really cute old Santa Knee Hugger or Shelf Sitting.  Or if you put a thread on him, you could also hang him on your Christmas Tree.  Which the face to me is unique or different then most of what you see.  It has little like metal eye and lashes, then the moustache and beard are chenille. Also everything on him white is the chenille like pipe cleaners. He is holding the pretty little foil wrapped gift with the little stars and it looks like little wood beads with pins stuck thru them in the centers. Only thing I found to maybe pick is the glass bead or little ornament on his nose has lost some of its color.  Also then on the bottom of the one foot the little metal piece or wire that is in his legs, has stuck thru, which I now have tucked it back in, but it could use a stitch or two on the bottom edge of the red if you wanted.  Which on the back of the other foot you still have the Original Japan label.  I have tried to take pictures of all sides of this so you can see the condition for yourself.  I also placed a ruler in the pictures so you can see the size. I did not try to unbend his legs or reposition him, I leave that up to you to do if wanted.  A cute piece to add to your Christmas decorations. I do my best to try to call things like they are..
