It came from my late fathers estate that i am currently clearing out . Things will be listed every week including MORE vintage engineering tools so please check my other items .

 

No reason to think it does not work but i have no way of even knowing how or what it is used for . To do with a generator or vehicle starter ? On the back are places to place a starter cable and generator cable . In good condition .
