New, though I don't know the manufacturing year and it is cut down from the original 60M rope. I was going to use for a craft project but decided against it. Photo is of actual rope, though you will receive in ~30ft segments. Need a longer length? Contact me before bidding or buy multiple segments. Assume it is not safe for climbing, but great for recycling. 

This is the 10.8mm Chalk Line model from Maxim climbing ropes. Given it's a 'short' it's still great for other purposes, such as recycling projects, dog leashes, swings, tie-downs, etc. 

Need more of this rope, I do have the remaining 60m available that I plan to cut down and sell in segments.
