This bottle is in very good condition, other than the amber colored residue.  No chips or cracks.  The glass is light green.  The cork is in the neck, but the top surface is a little ragged.  The bottle is about 4.5" by 1.75" by .75".  Three sides are embossed.  Front:  CHAMBERLAIN'S COLIC, CHOLERA AND DIARRHEA REMEDY.  Right Side:  DES MOINES  IA  USA.  Left Side:  CHAMBERLAIN MED CO.  The E in DIARRHEA looks like there is a C attached to the left side of the E.  There are a few elongated bubbles in the neck and top.
