from side seam - to side seam.
For complete circumference please double the measurement.
Measured on the exterior, through the Belt Loops these measure 40"
at the waist.
Length is measured from the top of the waistband to the hem.
Comes from a smoke-free home.
We are cleaning out closets and whole rooms in preparation for a possible

We do not currently accept returns unless the item is not as
pictured/described OR is damaged in shipment. Either way the item must be
returned to us Before we can "make it right". Again, please
contact us in the event you need to return the item.
Our payment options: We currently accept only the new eBay Managed
Payments, but don't worry! With eBay Managed Payments you can use Visa,
Mastercard, Apple and Google Pay, and all other major credit cards. We ask that
all Buy It Now winners please pay at time of purchase, and that any auction
winners please send payment within 3 days of purchase. Please let us know
if for any reason whatsoever that you cannot follow this timetable. We are
happy to be patient just so long as there is clear communication.
Shipping and Delivery: We ship with 24-48 hours of
receiving your Cleared Payment.
Our Post Office hours are Monday through Friday are 9:30 am to 4:30 pm
(mail's last pick up is at 5:00 pm) and Saturday 8:30 am to 12:30 pm (last mail
pick up is 1:00 pm). Of course, no mail on Sunday.
We do everything possible to get your package in the mail by last pick up
of the day, if not by the first pickup on the following available mail
day. We have no control over your package after it leaves our hands and
is at the mercy of the post office delivery schedule. If you need faster
service please plan accordingly and ask us for priority or express service for
an additional fee!
You will see a tracking # and can follow your package each step of the
way!
Shipping costs include tracking #, which will show on your My eBay page
or we will gladly email to you at your request.
I ship directly and ONLY to "CONFIRMED" addresses, so if you
have recently moved, please make sure your address is accurate BEFORE bidding.
