Good used condition with small wear, some dust. Please note, 2 title deed cards are missing (Springfield station and Springfield power plant).

A few marks on the cards & money but nothing major.  8 custom pewter tokens. The box has wear, tear & cellotape on edges. Small hole on front of the box but not visible.
