These hoop earrings feature recycled copper wire (from old electrical wires), hand fabricated French sterling silver hooks and sterling silver corrugated beads with two old stock turquoise gemstones. The copper is 100% copper.

The recycled copper is fire kissed, which gives it a more rustic look and feel, adding a depth of tones to the metal. It is then sealed with a natural lacquer to preserve it. 

Simple Care

Neither the turquoise stone or the sealed copper should be soaked in water or cleaned with chemical cleaners, as it will have the finish of the stone and metal. The silver can be cleaned with a silver polishing cloth, the copper and turquoise can be simply wiped with a soft cloth. There is no need to scrub in water. These earrings are 2 pair of 2 that I made in a similar style. Due to the nature of natural stones and handmade parts each one of these earring sets are different.

Both ear listed here and have the number in the listing so you can refer to them. The earring shown in the photo are the ones you will receive. Note the stones can turn, so you can move them around to whatever side you like best.
