NGC 1968-D Kennedy half struck 80% off-center on quarter T-1 blank. The coin has the design of a half dollar, but is struck on the blank of a Washington quarter. A very dramatic off-metal off-center combination. Remarkably, the date and mintmark area were in the off-center portion of the strike!   Rare and possibly unique as a 40% silver design Kennedy half off-center on a quarter blank.    MS63 lustrous.
