Five Pieces Mullard OC71 Transistor

As a guide to their condition, the results of a check with a DCA75 were as follows

Gain / Leakage

109/0.332mA, 59/0.110mA, 80/0.140mA, 88/0.194mA, 71/0.186mA

The transistors are from batches T3PP (2), T3NJ (2) and T3TT (1)

They appear to be unused and are in good physical condition

The transistors are all marked 

Mullard  OC71  British Made and a Batch Number

One transistor has a small amount of paint loss around the part number - this is the one at the bottom of the main photograph

Shipping Details

Our aim is that everything we ship should arrive at our customers in perfect condition. All semiconductors are packed in heat sealed static safe bags. Small components are then packed into Jiffy "Gold" or equivalent padded bags and larger items into cartons.
