Often referred to as the 77 pattern para smock which is incorrect, it is however one of the first DPM para smocks introduced to replace the denison smocks around 1977/78 hence the name! This smock is in very very good condition and shows little signs of wear, the knitted cuffs are slightly mother and I can find no tears or rips in the body . One pocket has a snag on it as pictured. it still has its early pre metric label which is faded but can just make out HE textiles. The wings, 2 para dz patch (correct folder type material) and sgt major rank tab are all original to the smock.

This is a nice early smock and would be falklands era
