Nice light steel. 1" head tube @145mm.  Seat tube 58cm Center to Top. Top Tube 57cm Center to Center. This frame is cantilever or v-brake only.  No water bottle bosses. Down tube bosses are threaded for STI shifter adjusters and also have a drilled hole for barcon cable stop.  

Needs some high-end Campagnolo parts or something to make this project great.
