SILK GROSGRAIN ENCIRCLES THE HAT WITH BOWS AT THE TOP AND BOTTOM. FLORAL CLUSTER IS AT THE TOP CENTER WITH OSTRICH PLUMES RUNNING AROUND WITH THE GROSGRAIN FALLING IN TIES AT THE SIDES.
CONDITION: SLIGHT DUST SEEN TO THE GROSGRAIN RIBBON AT THE TOP SIDE.
