This has been signed on the plastic of the case. From what I can tell it says Dr. J which would indicate it was signed by Julius Erving who is in the game. I don't have any type of certification or guarantee so please judge for yourself if this is authentic or not. The last photo is just a picture of his signature I found on eBay for comparison purposes only (There is not a card included in this auction). Disc has been tested. Disc has some surface scratches and case/signature has some wear. Please see photos, thank you for looking.
