Pre-owned.  I have wiped this down but it still has some dust in the corners/may require a more thorough cleaning.  The flag has been replaced with one made from blue tape, see photo.  Pond decal has wear and there are scrapes on the floor from the moving staircase.  Otherwise it is in good vintage condition.
