This listing is for one vintage Parker 51 MK I Vacumatic fountain pen in Dove Gray with a 1/8 14K gold filled cap, and a 14K fine nib. Made in USA. Manufactured in 1948.
The pen has been completely serviced, cleaned, adjusted and polished. Works flawlessly.
The Vacumatic filler pump has been restored with a new latex diaphragm.
The pen is in great condition, free from any chips, dents, or cracks. Markings on the barrel is crisp, "Parker 51, Made in USA 8", indicating it is made in the fourth quarter of 1948. There is some rub wear close to the very end of the cap, but not noticeable. Cap is marked "Parker 1/8 14K Gold Filled Made in USA". Clip is gold filled, with blue diamond and arrow.
Nib, feed, cap jewel, clip are all in great condition. There is some thread wear on the filler pump thread where it connects to the blind cap. Otherwise the pen is restored to like new condition.Please visit my other listings on collectible items.
