Funko have their own Quality Control program to ensure the product they are producing meet with their company standards. As a mass produced toy line, there are minor variations in the manufacturing process that do occur. This can include but is not limited to, slight creases or scuff marks on packaging, minor paint variations, stickers included or not included on boxes etc etc. These are all considered "minor variations" in a mass produced product. You should also keep in mind that the packaging of these products are exactly that, a way to get the actual POP vinyl from A to B. In mass produced product and as such are not considered damaged or defective items. 

• The rationale behind this policy is that what is considered a "mint" or "pristine" Pop! Vinyl collectable toy or what is deemed an "issue" with a Pop! is a subjective view held by the individual and varies widely from consumer to consumer, also to consider what products have a "defect" vs products that have a "minor manufacturing variation". There are slight manufacturing variations including but not limited to minor product imperfections, figure positioning, or sticker placement. Slight blemishes to packaging may occur during the manufacturing. Factory defects such as minor box variations, scuff marks, creases, and paint smudges. This includes final products which may have slight variations in appearance from Funko's official product images, paint finishes on chrome/metallic items, variations in factory paint jobs, box stickers, etc. This policy is not limited to Funko items, as minor factory defects can unfortunately be quite common. 

• The images provided for some product listings are not always final and, especially in the case of stickered items or colour variations, are applicable to changes. For example: if a product is listed as a common non-stickered variant but is pictured with an exclusive/stickered box, this image may not be final and is subject to change. Typically all stickered/exclusive items will say so in the product title/description, although an item is not guaranteed to arrive with a particular sticker unless explicitly stated as such. They are in original condition with all original, sealed manufacturer packaging. They are boxed, still in original box and have NEVER been removed from box/package for any reason, unless stated otherwise. They are stored away in a cool, dry space and in a smoke free environment. • ALL items are packaged securely to protect the collectibles inside and ready to reach customers in the best possible condition. They are wrapped in bubble-wrap and placed into a heavy-duty cardboard box, with packing peanuts.
