Wider neck, without valve, perfect for adding confetti or feathers and for adding vinyl personalisation for a special occasion.

These balloon do not have a self sealing valve and will need to be tied securely once filled (this can easily be done with a length of flat modelling latex balloon, but must be bound and tied very tightly to avoid leakage or air or helium, so is best done by a professional with experience of this type of balloon).

Inflation instructions are on the back of the package and should be followed for best results

You can fill with helium to float or with air for adding to a non floating display.
