Q1: Why can't I connect my phone to the projector to use the Wi-Fi function, despite following the steps?

Firstly, you need to make sure that your phone has screen mirroring (Samsung A-series and Google phones are not supported). If you have any questions, please let us know.


Q2: Why I can't play Netflix/Hulu/Prime Video by connecting my mobile phone

You can play them via *HDMI Connection* with a PC/TV Box, Amazon Fire Stick, and Chromecast. Please kindly note that the Streaming Platforms do not allow devices to Screen Cast/Mirror their videos due to copyright issues.


Q3: Why is there only picture and no sound when I project

Y3 mini Projector with Wi-Fi and Bluetooth does not support Dolby Audio, please check if Dolby Audio is enabled. You can try to turn off Dolby sound by: Settings > Display and Sound > Audio > Dolby Digital Output > Turn Off Dolby Digital


Q4: Why can't be recognized after inserting the USB disk?

Please refer to the manual to check whether the file format in the USB disk can be read. This mini projector has a USB 2.0 interface, so it only supports USB disks (No more than 64GB) with the same USB2.0 interface (the interface/plug colour is black).


Q5: Can this mini projector be used for PPT presentations or teaching?

This mini projector with Wi-Fi and Bluetooth is ideal for home theatre and is not recommended for business presentations or professional teaching. Mini Projector Y3 does not suitable for daylight, please use it in the dark.

GENERAL

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return it to us within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or replacement*.

 

REFUNDABLE CONDITIONS

Products must be returned unused, in the original packaging, with seals intact where appropriate. 

Please note, we will not accept a return for a refund or replacement if the item has been used or is not returned to us in its original condition.

 

HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM

When returning the goods please include your name, eBay User ID (very important!), address and order number, stating on the invoice or a note detailing the reason for return and your preference of a refund or replacement.

 

Please always initiate the return through your purchase history in your "my eBay" area. If you are looking to exchange for another size, then please contact us via eBay messages and do not start the return process as this complicates the exchange. We will then advise you how next to proceed.

 

RETURN POSTAGE

If you are returning an item because you changed your mind, you will be responsible for the return postage cost. However, if upon receipt an item is incorrect, damaged or faulty (excluding packaging) please do not worry. Contact our Customer Service department via eBay messaging and we will do our upmost to resolve any issues.

 

We recommend you to obtain a receipt from the post office when returning an item as the parcel may get lost in transit, the receipt will then be used as proof of postage. If you do not have proof of postage and the parcel does go missing in transit, unfortunately this is not our responsibility and we will not be able to issue a refund or replacement.

 

All returned goods will be refunded or exchanged, providing they have not been used or damaged (excluding packaging), within 2 working days of receiving the return. If it is not clearly stated whether a refund or replacement is preferred, a refund will automatically be issued.

* If you would like a replacement for your product we will send this by return. If no stock is available, we will refund you returned items via your original method of payment.
