I purchased the estate of an elderly man who loved to save and collect just about everything, especially tools.  I am not sure but I think these snips may be from the early 1970’s or earlier ( no upc on box ). These are unused and still have the original box.  The box is worn and shows signs of age and handling. The snips are unused.
