This is for one US Army Major Rank Challenge Coin.   It measures 1.74" in diameter.   It is Solid Brass, hand painted and clear-coated. It comes in a clear plastic sleeve. 

I bought these direct from the manufacturer in Turkey. It looks exactly like the picture.
