We ship via UPS Ground or USPS.

We only ship to the address provied by Ebay.  We do not change the shipping address after payment.  

We only ship to confirmed U.S. addresses.

Please message us through eBay’s message system if any of our packages arrive damaged.

WARRANTY

WE DO NOT WARRANTY LAPTOP BATTERIES. Your refurbished machine will contain a used battery. By their nature batteries do not typically have long lives. We test batteries to ensure they are functional and hold a charge, but we do not guarantee the duration of that charge.  

RETURNS

We offer a 30 day return for most items, according to Ebay return guidelines.  

We do not give partial refunds for issues that can't be verified 100%.
