Drive Scout mobility scooter 4mph.

This lovely little beauty is being sold by me on behalf of a friend. Her husband died some time ago, and he only used it about 5 or 6 times.

The batteries had also sadly died, so were replaced in May 2024. Therefore this is almost like new. The chrome wheel centre caps still have their protective plastic over them. I can’t find any dings or dents or scuffs and scratches on it. The solid tyres have minimal wear. The front basket has only carried a newspaper.

For those unfamiliar with mobility scooters, this dismantles really easily into several parts so that it can be lifted into a car by one person. You don’t need a van to transport it.

For example,

the seat folds down and lifts out of its base.

The motor and back wheels detach from the chassis.

The battery pack lifts out easily.

I think the range on a full charge claims to be about 10 miles, but you should check out any of these technical details yourself.

Charging can be achieved either with the battery in situ, or detached.

It is a sealed lead acid type battery, and I believe it to suitable for air travel without problems, - (so it is NOT like the lithium ion type which they recommend charging up outdoors)!

I also have a pair of telescopic ramps. 4ft extending to 7ft. Aluminium with grippy surface for the tyre tread. Can negotiate a separate price for these if you wish. They normally retail at over 100+ quid a pair.

I can deliver for 50p per mile, if collection in person is not possible.
