Phone has been reset to factory standards and is unlocked, so it's ready to be activated with the carrier of your choice! The phone is in exceptional condition with only a couple of micro scratches on the case and the screen itself is in perfectly mint condition. The fingerprint scanning feature was my absolute favorite thing about the phone. There is a 4GB MicroSD card included that has been wiped of any former data. Installing the SD card (as well as the SIM) is super easy ... just look for the tiny opening at the lower, right-side corner to open the back case. Gently pull open the corner part at the tiny opening, and then take a credit card or even your thumbnail and gently slide around the entire phone. You will hear the latches release as you move your way around the entire cover. The SD card will go into the top part, and the SIM will go right beneath the SD card. Once finished, just snap the cover back on and that's all there is to it! Also, be sure to let the carrier know that the Moto e4 Plus requires a Nano SIM for compatibility.

Also, there is one micro scratch on the front, upper left casing. It is barely noticeable, and some phone covers might even hide it completely. Otherwise, the phone is in pristine condition mechanically, and cosmetically. I tried zooming in as close as I could on the scratch, but I never could get the lighting quite right. If requested, I can certainly send more photos on different surfaces if that might help. The leather Flip Case has been included as it would not fit any other phone that I own. It definitely has some signs of wear and tear and I simply included it so that the buyer would have some kind of protection for the phone until a replacement is purchased.
