It was worn a couple of times, so it is on EUC. There is no wash wear or pilling. It has adjustable straps. I don't have a lot of items from this line on size 4, but several items on size 5/6 listed separate. 

I combined shipping and tried to find the cheapest way possible. The hair accessories always ship for free with any purchase.
