This is an awesome NEW in box vintage VCR. This is a GE VG2058 Video cassette recorder. This has only been opened today just to test it.

We could only hook it up through the cable box but it played great. Fast forward worked great, ejected, but would only rewind while the picture is on. Does not rewind when the picture is not playing. So, you are buying this in "0as is" condition. Please do not purchase if this is an important feature or you are looking for a perfect VCR. I am only listing as I feel bad that someone may want it before it goes off to recyle or donate where it might end up in the trash. It is heavy and shipping is a lot. If you are looking for a VCR that plays but can't be kind to rewind unless you are watching it then this is the one for you! It is in the original box with original paperwork, & remote. It may work better for you if you have a tv to hook it to! Sadly or happily I have downsized so much that it was a struggle to find a tape to play. Our wedding video was it. And it played very nicely!! This is super vintage!
