This is an adorable pewter and glass minature or child size cruet set, or possibly a salesman item?

  I am unsure of the age.  As far as condition, I do see a few rough edges on the salt shaker top and another piece along with a chip one of the lid's

edge.  Also I think there is a finial missing  but in all a great piece from the past that shows well!
