Naartjie was a favorite clothing manufactory that I loved very much when my girls were young. They were fun, unique, made from a soft African cotton. It was a very popular company back in the day, but sadly the store file for bankruptcy in the USA. I have a couple of boxes with several adorable items, so hopefully you will find some on the right size for your girl. This dress is pink with rose floral pattern. It button up on the front. It has a double layer ruffle to add more volume and twirl. It was washed but never worn

The ruffles fall at the hips so the length to the beggining of ruffles is 18in, with the total length being 28.5-29 because the ruffles curled a little bit as part of the style.

The length from sleeves is 19in and including shoulder is 22in, and the chest flat on the table is 14 in
